A new discovery! I saw today that Fratelli Italian restaurant can substitute any of the regular pasta on their lunch or dinner menus for gluten-free corn pasta. Niiiice. And, personally, I am quite pleased to see they have a good selection of vegetarian-friendly GF options too! The Penne Primavera looks especially intriguing to me (roasted bell peppers, zucchini, chickpeas, pesto, goat cheese… oh my!). :) Check the menu here.The other nice thing about Fratelli is that they have locations in most parts of the city, so you’re never too far away when you need a quick fix of hot Italian food to go with your hot Italian lover (I wish). They are located in the Glebe, Westboro, Kanata, Beechwood, and just opened a new location in Barrhaven.
